Wand Family Fun Night

Bring some magic into your summer by making your very own wand!  Join us in the Program Room to design and make a wand.

Families are welcome to use nature and craft supplies to make and take home wands to play with all summer. Magic not included, supplies provided while they last.

Sticker Family Fun Night

Join us in sticker-making fun! Come to the program room and learn how to easily make stickers from images or your own drawings!

Families are welcome to bring their own photos to cut and turn into stickers, all other supplies are provided while they last.

Outdoor All-Age Story Time
Wednesdays in June at 10:00 am
Outside, weather permitting

Come to a special outdoor Story Time to learn and explore garden life and insects!

This is an all-age Story Time that will be held outside of the library near the weigh station garden.

We will learn about butterflies and other insects, the importance of the weigh stations and gardens, read books, and sing songs and rhymes!

Join Award Winning Comedy Magician and Storyteller Dana Hill for the Enchanted Expeditions Magic Show! This family-friendly magic show is fun for all ages, and ties into the 2024 National Summer Reading theme: Adventure Begins at Your Library!

Animals We Love to Hate with Ohio Nature Education

This program features the animals that are most often feared and disliked: bats, spiders, snakes, and possums. We will dispel myths and include natural history facts that show how beneficial these animals are. Includes live animals.

"Get a glimpse of what life on other planets might be like by experimenting with tools needed to live on alien worlds, and have students design their own base!" This program is best suited for grades 4-8.

Family Fun Night: Galaxy Jars

Discover the magic of things beyond our world. Families are invited to join us for a night of fun discovering the galaxy.

Families will make their own galaxy jars to take home while learning a mini-lesson about galaxies and nebulae. This activity is great for all ages, as it is a great way to play with paint...without a mess!
